I’ve been working out with George for a year now and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’m in my mid fifties and have always been active but have accumulated a rather impressive list of injuries that have frustrated me for the past 3 years. Unable to work through these lingering injuries on my own, George, who has an excellent eye and a wonderful handle on biomechanics, is slowly reversing these and getting me back into the kind of shape I’ve always enjoyed. A few years back I bought a series of training sessions for my sons while they were home for winter break. I have had several trainers over the last 20 years and without a doubt CORSO is the best! George is the only trainer who constantly changes the workouts and customizes them to my needs and utilizes unique equipment to achieve the maximum effect. Three years ago, after having my second baby and struggling to lose the baby weight, I was ready for a challenge because I knew George’s style of training was different than what I was accustomed to. He is an excellent trainer, extremely knowledgeable and continues to encourage and push me to accomplish things I never thought I could. Now, 9 months pregnant with my third baby, he has helped me stay strong and fit.
No matter how I am feeling on that particular day….George is able to push me to reach MY personal best for THAT day. Even when I thought I couldn’t do something, he helped me believe and showed me that I could (even if it took a few tries!). His positive attitude and patience have been instrumental in pushing me way out of my comfort zone and now I can do all kinds of athletic moves and strength exercises that I never thought I’d be able to do a few years ago.
Prior to CORSO I was at the gym 5-6 days a week/running. After one class with George I was hooked! Through class with George, I’ve gotten stronger, faster, more athletic & more agile. George is extremely knowledgeable and he frequently answers questions and provides advice on nutrition and training even when your session or class is over. I would absolutely recommend training with George to any athlete, and any person, no matter what your level of fitness is.
CORSO gets RESULTS! George is unique .He is tough, yet effective. He uses all of his knowledge to create customized sessions that challenge and motivate. I have a permanent injury that infuriates me . My past methods of gym exercises did improve my physical health but only to a certain level ,2 steps back then 3 steps forward .I needed more!
