Corso's Cardio Circuits

Want a quick, but intense cardio workout?

Corso's Cardio Circuits are personalized workouts that will elevate your heart rate and take your cardio training to a whole new level. All you need to do is show up, look at the board, and begin your workout. Workouts will change from day to day, so it will keep your mind and body in a constant state of change. If you are ready for a cardio kick start and want a whole new concept to cardio conditioning, then Corso's Cardio Circuits are just for you! Ask for details.

Only three people are allowed to do a cardio circuit at a time, so we would suggest that you sign up for the sessions you would like, as soon as it is available.

Cardio sign up sheets are located on the bookshelf near the window.


Elite Fit

Elite Fit is a class that pushes you towards your maximal potential. We use a variety of different styles of exercise including, bodyweight conditioning sledge hammer and tires, kettlebells and speed and agility tools. The class program will constantly change, thus making sure that our bodies are in a constant state of change. Getting a complete body workout in a functional manner is essential. It will change your body, you will become healthier and your athletic ability will improve. If you truly are ready for a challenge, Elite Fit with George is just for you.


Kiddie Elite

Kiddie Elite is Elite Fit for kids. This class will challenge your children's athletic ability. They will be guided through a series of exercises that will work on teaching them to control their own bodyweight, through core conditioning and agility training. The class will also serve as an educational tool, teaching them the importance of training and making the right food choices for an overall healthy lifestyle. George has extensive coaching experience working with children in athletics.
