Corso’s Cardio Circuits – A quick, intense cardio workout.
Corso’s Cardio Circuits are personalized workouts that will elevate your heart rate and take your cardio training to a whole new level. All you need to do is show up, look at the work-out board, and begin your workout. Workouts will change from day to day, so it will keep your mind and body in a constant state of change. 5 pack: $350/$70 per session
10 pack: $650/$65 per session
20 pack: $1200/$60 per session

Group Training Programs:
2 people: $50 per person
3+ people: $45 per person
