In an Indo-Row® class, you are truly part of a team where you pull for others and they pull for you! Anyone can do it! It is easy to learn and you can go at your own intensity.You are using your whole body in a rhythmic, yet powerful motion.You never feel “beat up” afterwards, just invigorated.You are hearing and feeling the sound of being on the water with the patented Indo-Row® machine. Indo-Row® allows you to get as close as you can get to being on the water and pulling with your crew without getting wet! You are learning a new activity (rowing), which for so long has been a sport for the elite. Now everybody can reap its benefits. No rowing experience necessary!
This mixed level athletic class is perfect for those with some yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit. We increase our energy by developing upper body, lower body and core strength. Focusing on increasing strength, balance & flexibility.

The TRX® Suspension Trainer® is built around a set of nylon straps that create resistance from gravity and your own body weight to build strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries, and increasing bone density. Designed by former U.S. Navy SEAL, Randy Hetrick, who needed to be able to stay in shape with limited space. Since then, TRX has made its way into the fitness industry and is used by many pro sports teams, coaches, and top trainers around the world. All fitness levels welcome!
The leading indoor cycling program. An intense cardio workout with a lower-body muscle-building routine. Each class mimics cycling outdoors, incorporating hills by adding resistance to the bike, and sprints at different intervals. The rider is in control of how much resistance is added. Monitoring heart rate is key to more effective training sessions and improving performance and fitness levels. Bringing an Ant+ Heart Rate monitor is recommended. A towel and water are must! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts in order to be properly set up on the bikes.
Elite Fit
Elite Fit is a class that pushes you towards your maximal potential. We use a variety of different exercise styles including, bodyweight conditioning, sledge hammer, tires, kettlebells and speed and agility tools. The class program will constantly change, thus making sure that our bodies are in a constant state of change. Getting a complete body workout in a functional manner is essential. It will change your body, you will become healthier and your athletic ability will improve. If you are truly ready for a challenge, Elite Fit is just for you.
Heroes In Training
Heroes In Training is a fun introduction to exercise for 3 and 4 year olds. They will learn how to land, jump, tumble and roll. Increase agility, flexibility and balance while moving like their favorite animal or hero. A good foundation to encourage our youth to get out and be active!
Kiddie Elite
Kiddie Elite is Elite Fit for kids. This class will challenge your children’s athletic ability. They will be guided through a series of exercises that will work on teaching them to control their own bodyweight, through core conditioning and agility training. The class will also serve as an educational tool, teaching them the importance of training and making the right food choices for an overall healthy lifestyle.
Mat Pilates
Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, the exercises develop a strong “core” or center of body. Pilates exercises emphasize core control, integrating the trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle, by training several muscle groups together in smooth, continuous movements. By developing proper technique, you can actually re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patters of motion – invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health. Props such as Magic Circles and weights are added to create a wide variety of exercises that challenge the body and mind. All levels welcome!

Weather Cancellation Policy
The Group Training classes follow the Millbrook Central School District weather cancellation schedule. If there is a 2 hour delay, morning classes will be cancelled and the remaining classes will resume after the delay. If MCS is closed, all classes are cancelled.
